The baby boy ( I know he would not appreciate that) left this morning to go back to college. He was more than ready. As a matter of fact he has been ready after the first week he was home. He told us not to be offended but it is just really boring to him at home now. Offended, I'm not offended in the least. I am excited and happy that he loves college and has embraced being away from home. I would be more worried if he didn't want to leave home. Think of the repercussions of that! Eeek! I love all my sons fiercely but I do not want them living at home post 30's.
I kissed and hugged him and cried a little when he was gone. But now I'm fine and enjoying doing my own thing today. Like really my own thing because his dad is taking him back to school and the spending the night in Columbus. Oh the things I will make today...or nap...or watch chick flicks...or all those things!
