Season for Change....I am smack dab in the middle of a season of change like Winter to Spring.  Change is good.  It keeps us from becoming complacent.  In my opinion a complacent person is an ineffective person.  Shouldn't we be trying to impact others in a positive way?  It is my hope to be a positive impact on someone each and everyday.

One door is closing in my life and another door has opened.  An exciting door that is a great blessing to me.  I am walking through that door joyfully and with my arms open wide and my eyes toward heaven.  God is so good.  And in this season of celebrating Easter I am thankful and awed by how Jesus took all of our sin and put it on Him and felt His Father turn away from Him for an agonizing moment that in all our suffering we can never begin to feel or understand.  No loss in our life, no pain we experience can come close to what that must felt like for Jesus.  It is so hard to comprehend that He did it out of love for us.  Just take that in for a moment.

My last post was a month ago.  A lot has gone on since then and I am excited to say that my blogging should be much more regular in the upcoming weeks.  In about 2 weeks I will be in the middle of moving and then unpacking but after that life is going to be more serene.  So I hope to be a more faithful blogger.   I have worked in some stitching and am looking forward to doing more.
Here is a piece done in past month:

Stitched from a freebie chart from nikyscreations!

I share my birthday with the IRS.  I try and stay positive about it.  I was blessed all around celebrating with family and friends.  My husband gave me a beautiful card and was so thoughtful and went to Cross My Heart in Columbus, where I buy needlework supplies and got me a gift card.  A totally awesome gift because I love buying needlework supplies!!!!!

So Sweet!!!

Last but not least an awesome basket from my new employer with a little yellow chicken too!!

Thanks for stopping by again!
